My ad for Stitches
Yes, after much hesitation brought on a nasty allergy/asthma attack, I'm on my way to Stitches West to see friends, hopefully meet new friends and to fondle yarn in public. I may be able to post a few pictures from the yarn frolic front to keep you all entertained while I'm away. In the mean time, KEEP KNITTING! Or Crocheting. Meantime, consider joining the Culture Fushion KAL launching in March. Challenge yourself to collect yarns and embellishments that evoke for you a favorite destination. Some of my Ravelry friends are already gearing up with projects spanning China to favorite lake side retreats. Do you have a favorite place in the world and, if so, do certain colors bring it alive in your mind? My original version is dedicated to Africa with a slight hint of Morocco.
