I am not making the vest, but learning about knitting circles...starting with a winter garden shawlette in shades of blues and purples. Big surprise! Not only are the circles fun to make, but the steaming and stretching process is surprising! I simply had no idea, how well it would work...the results are amazing, and the circles truly transform themselves into a work of art that remind me of something old, or a project that has been antiqued!
