For me, colour and texture rule and most of the inspiration feeding my imagination comes from the natural world. I see knitting as art, as viable as any other, and no matter what the tool or preferred palette, in human hands, magic happens.

February's Rock Art Theme

Inspiration is air to the lungs, light to the spirit. For all those who knit, weave, spin, bead, dream, it's that which keeps our wings furled and breathes life to our days. Here is a book in monthly format that captures the essence of the creative muse for knitters, beaders, weavers, spinners and dreamers alike. Packed with photos, concepts, ideas, inspirational journeys both internal and global, tips, techniques, stitch spells and color delves this is like a feast for the creative spirit.

Here is a monthly feast for your creative muse, lushly illustrated and rich with detail. Here are the delves into color you've been waiting for, the detailed information on diva yarns, the creative tricks to try, the flights of spirit plus inspired stories of people and cultures across time and space. All that offered on my blog and in my newsletter up until now have only brushed past what you'll find inside the club. Think delve instead of touch, a plunge into the exploration of color and design. Though knit-centric, you'll find the contents of this club of interest to artists who bead, spin, hand-dye, weave—in other words, those who turn straw into gold, the new alchemists. Each issue is formated a little differently, some being project-based, others not. n other words, a magical mystery ride for the creative spirit.

For the $65 subscription fee, you will receive six or more PDF mailings plus  your choice of two knitting guides in PDF format (choose from the current five or wait the new guides coming for summer and fall, a buy-one-and-receive-one-of-equal-value pattern purchase offer, additional special purchase offers not available elsewhere including limited hand-dyed yarn and inspiration kits (small, project-based packages of beads and yarn) and a $150 discount on any of my excursions as long as you are a club member before booking a trip.

Members can join any time up until December 2010 and receive all previous mailings in one compiled PDF along with the two guides of their choice. Of course, yarn offers will be only available for a limited time.

Will you join the adventure?

Recent Comments love it. Another stunner. I can think of many dragon color ranges from my boys pokemon card collecting days! Blues eyes White Dragon was everyone's favorite.
