KNIT A BEACH: WORK IN PROGRESS

Sheryl Gillian's Nova Scotian beach

As I write this entry, many, many beaches are still unfolding across the world.  While my motely little crew of knitters cast their lines across the waves at the real Knit a Beach here in Nova Scotia this August, others continued to build sand castles and roll surf and move rocks until their seascape looked enticingly true to their own personal sea dreams. Now that summer is over, many beaches will continue to grant their owners the peace of the shoreline as these projects continue throughout the winter. Sheryl from Knit a Beach made hers pictured above to look truly Nova Scotian while others aimed for something with a more tropical feel like Mary Lou's black sand beach.

Keep those beaches coming! I never met a winter that couldn't use a beach tucked in there somewhere.

What's the flip side of KNIT? (4 character(s) required)

Recent Comments love it. Another stunner. I can think of many dragon color ranges from my boys pokemon card collecting days! Blues eyes White Dragon was everyone's favorite.
