TEXTURIZE YOUR WINTER

barklichen_cowlet_400

Bark and lichen do the linen stitch

I admit to having gone into a texture spin while working on the Winter Forest Guide. Blame the linen stitch. Once I started playing with hand-dyed yarns mixed with textury handspun wonders with this venerable old stitch, it became impossible to stop. First came the cowlette, shown above with it's new best friend, the tree beside the river, and then came the Woven Woods Vest.

Recent Comments love it. Another stunner. I can think of many dragon color ranges from my boys pokemon card collecting days! Blues eyes White Dragon was everyone's favorite.
