On MORE GALLERY POSTINGS AND MY MUSINGS

Christy's (Yarnplenty) trunk wrap from Issue 5 of the Inspired Knitters Club
I just wanted to let you know (amid all the glory that are these Knitalong creations) that I've started writing fiction again. Strange but true. Of the 7 novels I've written over the years, I selected one, Virtually Gone, to begin resuccitating.
I used to think that creating all these characters so different than me might confuse my audience. I mean, I have a a hard-edged toughie info detective in a murder mystery, a still very inexperienced sweet young thing in a romantic suspense and even a ghost taking center stage in a fantasy novel. Oh, and that's not even counting the doctor in Africa story or the bodice-ripper of my very eary days. Who's going to get their mind around that and free-range knitting, too?
Well, maybe nobody has to. Maybe I should just accept being a complex human with all the stuff that brings and get on with it? Some will like some aspects, some others. The key is to express oneself, to get that voice out there, right? My voice is doing exactly that. Maybe I should take up yodeling next?
