Off on a Yarn Forage

See that white stuff behind me? Snow and I'm tired of it but as an escape, a crowded beach is not for me. Instead, I'm heading south….west. Yes, it's off to Santa Fe, New Mexico, for the Beadfest and a bit of a break. Yes, it still snows in that altitude this time of year but will also rain BEADS and YARN, which I will gather for kits and designs. And here's a shock: I will not be taking my laptop—eyepad, yes, laptop, no. I need to pry myself away from ambient computer light and interact with people face to face for a week. My housesitters consider coming here a winter break but I just need a break from this version of winter.
